惯性效应在板材弯曲成形模拟中的影响研究
Study of inertial effect on simulation of sheet metal bending
【摘要】 研究采用动态显式算法模拟板材弯曲成形时惯性效应的影响,建立了焊管弯曲成形的有限元模型,对其进行了数值模拟分析,并且把模拟结果与试验结果进行了对比分析。研究虚拟冲压速度在板材弯曲成形模拟中的影响,结果表明,当虚拟冲压速度超过一个临界速度时会使系统的惯性效应急剧增大,从而导致模拟结果严重失真。探讨在有限元模拟中板厚与临界速度的关系,结果表明,板材越厚,临界速度越大,在板厚为0.6 mm时,临界速度为1000 mm.s-1,在板厚为5 mm时,临界速度可以达到7000 mm.s-1。
【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the inertial effect on simulating sheet metal bending by the dynamic explicit FEM,the finite element model was established for the welded pipe bending.The welded pipe bending was simulated and analyzed.Moreover,the simulation result and the experiment result were compared and studied.The effect of virtual punch velocity on the simulation of the sheet metal bending was investigated.The result shows that the inertial effect of the system is enhanced rapidly when virtual punch velocity exceeds a critical speed,thereby it leads to the distortion of the simulation result.The relation of thickness and the critical velocity was investigated.The result shows that the thicker of the sheet metal is,the bigger the critical velocity is.the critical velocity is 1000 mm·s-1 when the thickness is 1.2 mm and the critical velocity is 7000 mm·s-1 when the thickness is 5.0 mm
