【Abstract】 The conditions for the implementation of research-based teaching in universities come from four aspects: teachers,students,teaching resources and teaching management.Teachers should renew their ideas,reinforce the awareness of research-based teaching and change their roles;students should reinforce the awareness of autonomous learning and exploration and change their roles;teaching resources should include flexible rules and regulations,optimum campus,superior and supportive outside conditions and enormous human support;teaching management should be scientific,effective and human-based.更多还原
