【摘要】 以起重机智能集控系统为例,提出了一种基于Modbus协议的通信方式,将包括HMIeView在内的具有Modbus协议的各种检测与控制设备均通过Modbus联网,使用S7-200 PLC的一个通信端口,使之工作于Modbus方式,另一个通信端口供计算机编程调试及远程维护使用。实验表明,这种方法可以方便有效地将各种检测与控制设备联入系统,具有较高的实用性。

【Abstract】 Taking the intelligent control system of crane as an example, a communication mode based on Modbus was proposed. All the detecting and control equipments including HMI eView based on Modbus protocol could communicate with the network via Modbus. One communication port of S7-200 was used to work in Modbus mode, and the other was used for computer programming and remote maintenance. The experiment indicates that all the detecting and control equipments can be effectively connected to the control system by this method, which has a high practicability.
