【摘要】 本文选择导师对研究生非学业素质评价的视角,在中国学位与研究生教育学会课题"高校研究生基本情况调研"的工作基础上对研究生的综合素质状况进行实证研究,一方面分析了导师对研究生群体非学业素质的评价,另一方面比较了不同性别、不同学位层级(博士生导师和硕士生导师)、不同学科门类以及不同年龄段的研究生导师对研究生群体非学业素质评价的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The comprehensive competence of the graduate students is studied empirically on the basis of the project- The Investigation of Graduate Students in Universities-studied by The Institute of Degree and Graduate Education of China,from the view of the supervisors’ evaluation of the graduate students’ non-academic competence.The supervisors’ evaluation of the graduate students’ group non-academic competence is analyzed.On the other hand,the differences of the different group of supervisors’ evaluation of graduate students’ group non-academic competence are compared.更多还原
