【Abstract】 Knowledge transference through libraries belongs to a relatively high level of knowledge flowing following its own internal law.The effects of the knowledge transference are largely depended on the basic conditions created by libraries.This article expounds the functions,aims and the necessary conditions of the libraries,and provides some concrete methods for the libraries to play a positive role in knowledge transference.更多还原
