【Abstract】 This paper points out there are 3 types in the shape styles of movies by Zhang Yi-mou.The first type is those works with prefect combination of art and contents.What is behind the shape refers to rich nation’s custom display and deep cultural reflection and profound historical critique.It shows heavy feelings of the shape.The second type is the movies about the city topic in a form experiment filming to pursue the happy feeling of the shape.The third is the film works in which forms are beyond contents.The referent of the shape is still a form,and form is a sort of beauty,and the emptiness of content is also a sort of beauty,in fact the summit of emptiness is a nice state of non-expressing,which perfectly shows an empty and light feeling of the shape.更多还原
