基于ANSYS的高温超导混合磁轴承悬浮力分析
ANSYS-based analysis of levitation force in the HTS hybrid magnetic bearings
【摘要】 基于商用电磁场有限元软件ANSYS以及Bean临界态模型,对由圆柱形高温超导块材、永磁体和超导线圈组成的新型高温超导混合磁轴承的电磁场分布及悬浮力进行了仿真分析,研究了超导线圈对高温超导混合磁轴承悬浮力的影响,同时还通过实验测试了悬浮力。结果表明:仿真与实验具有较好的一致性,使用软件仿真方便可行,其结果较为准确可靠,可为高温超导混合磁轴承的设计和优化提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the commercial finite element software ANSYS and the Bean critical state model,this paper simulated and analyzed the magnetic field and levitation force of a new-style high temperature superconducting(HTS) hybrid magnetic bearing system which is composed of a cylindrical superconductor,a permanent magnet and a superconducting coil.The effect which influenced the value of the levitation force in HTS hybrid magnetic bearings was researched,and the levitation force was also measured in experiments.The result shows that the simulation is nearly consistent with the experiment,and it is convenient and feasible to use the software for simulation.The result is relatively exact and reliable which will be an effective reference for design and optimization of HTS hybrid magnetic bearings.
