运行中110kV复合绝缘子电气性能变化分析

【摘要】 复合绝缘子具有优异的耐污闪性能使其在电力系统得以广泛应用,但其使用寿命、老化等仍是各国应用复合绝缘子十分关心的问题。文章以某电网运行中的110kV线路复合绝缘子为例,对其运行不同年份下的电气性能、积污规律等进行对比分析和研究,结果表明:随着运行时间的增加,复合绝缘子的电气特性将逐渐变差;运行中的复合绝缘子表面的盐密与灰密的堆积速度不同;自然污秽的复合绝缘子污闪电压比人工污秽的污闪电压高;运行4~8a后的复合绝缘子仍具有较强的耐污性能和憎水性。

【Abstract】 Due to its excellent performance to withstand pollution flashover the composite insulators are widely applied in power systems, however, in the application of composite insulators home and abroad the ageing and service life are still the problems to be paid a lot of attention to. Taking the composite insulators being operated in a certain 110kV power network for example, the results of comparison and analysis of the electrical performance and pollution accumulation of composite insulators being operated for different periods of years show that along with the increase of operating time the electrical performance of composite insulators will deteriorate; the accumulation velocity of equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) on the surface of composite insulators being operated is different from that of non soluble deposit density (NSDD); the pollution flashover voltage of naturally polluted composite insulators is higher that that of artificially polluted composite insulators; the composite insulators being operated from four years to eight years still possess strong pollution-withstanding performance and hydrophobicity.
