【Abstract】 The IP network service model in NS2 and digital video encoding and decoding techniques are analyzed. And the quality evaluation system of video transmission over IP network based on NS2 is realized. Then, the quality evaluation network model of video transmission in digital video monitoring system is proposed. In this system, the patterns of best-effort and differentiated-service are adopted in video transmission. The experimental results show that the quality of the video transmission can be evaluated well by this system.更多还原
