地铁工程施工的风险管理
Discussion on Risk Management of Subway Projects
【摘要】 通过列举近年来国内地铁施工事故,分析事故原因,指出地铁工程风险管理在降低或避免各种地铁工程风险方面的重要性,在此基础上归纳地铁工程风险管理的特点。在总结国内地铁风险管理现状的基础上,对风险管理的相关内容提出建议。
【Abstract】 This paper enumerates accidents occurring in subway projects of China in recent years and analyzes the causes of the accidents, pointing out the importance of risk management in subway projects to avoid various kinds of risks. While there is much more to be done with the risk management system in subway projects in China, this paper puts forward some advice on risk management by summarizing the actual situation of risk management in subway projects.
