【摘要】 目的:探讨细胞黏附分子CD44的变异体V6(CD44V6)和上皮性钙黏附素(E-cad)在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中的表达及其临床意义.方法:应用SP免疫组化染色法检测87例膀胱移行细胞癌组织和10例正常组织中CD44V6和E-cad的表达.结果:正常膀胱黏膜CD44v6,E-cad均呈正常表达,细胞膜为黄褐色.87例膀胱癌组织中,CD44V6正常表达55.2%(48/87)、E-cad正常表达63.2%(55/87).CD44V6和E-cad在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期及复发显著相关(P<0.05).结论:CD44V6和E-cad阳性表达率与膀胱移行细胞癌的生物学特性密切相关,其表达率降低表明肿瘤恶性程度增强.更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To investigate the expressions of CD44V6 and E-cad in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC)tissue and their clinical significance.METHODS:The expressions of CD44V6 and E-cad in 87 BTCC cases and 10 cases of normal tissue were determined by streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemical method.RESULTS:Proteins of CD44V6 and E-cad showed strongly positive expression in the normal bladder tissue.Positive rates of CD44V6 and E-cad were 55.2%(48/87)and 63.2%(55/87)respectively in 87 cases of bladder transitional cell cancer.The expressions of CD44V6 and E-cad in BTCC had significant relations with the pathological grade,clinical stage and recurrence(P<0.05),and a positive relation was observed between the expressions of CD44V6 and E-cad in the BTCC.CONCLUSION:The expressions of CD44V6 and E-cad are significantly related to the biological behavior of BTCC,and the low expressions indicate the high malignance.更多还原
