【摘要】 目的:动态观察艾迪注射液输注对大肠癌术后早期机体免疫功能的影响.方法:大肠癌患者32例分A组16例,术后1 d开始使用艾迪治疗,共2个疗程;B组16例,未用艾迪治疗;另设C组大肠良性肿瘤患者作为对照组,余治疗相同.结果:A组患者的细胞免疫指标(CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,NKC,IL-2R,T淋巴细胞转化率)及体液免疫指标(sIL-2R,TNF-a)在术后1 wk开始迅速恢复且维持在高水平状态(P<0.05),克服了机体由于手术打击而导致术后早期免疫力普遍降低的缺陷.而B组术后细胞免疫及体液免疫功能指标在术后1 wk时较术前降低(P<0.05),术后2 wk开始逐渐恢复但较缓慢.A,B两组术后同期同指标相比较有统计学差异(P<0.05).C组外周血单个核细胞的分布及体液免疫功能指标在术前、术后相比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但均比A,B组高.结论:应用艾迪注射液治疗可迅速提高大肠癌患者术后早期机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能.更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe dynamically the effect of Aidi injection infusion on early stage basal immunity of post-operative patients with carcinoma of colon.METHODS: Thirty-two cases of patients with colon carcinoma were divided into 2 groups.In group A,16 cases employed the Aidi injection therapy on the 1st day after surgery for 2 treatment courses.In group B,16 cases did not use the Aidi injection therapy,while patients with benign neoplasm of colon were taken as control group(group C).RESULTS: In group A,the immunity indices(CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,NKC,IL-2R,T lymphocyte transformation rate) and basal fluid immunity indices(sIL-2R.TNF-a) restored swiftly and maintained at high level(P<0.05) at the 1st week post-operatively.The general low immunol ability at early stage as a result of surgery was overcome.While in group B,the cellular immunity and basal fluid immunol indices remained obviously low(P<0.05) at 1st week post-operatively and restored to normal level at a lower pace after the 2nd week.In group C,the peripheral mono-nuclear blood cells distribution and basal fluid immunity indices had no significant difference pre and post-operatively(P>0.05),however,it was higher than that in group A and B.CONCLUSION: The application of Aidi injection can correct,restore,enhance the cellular and basal fluid immunity of post-operative patients with colon carcinoma at early stage.更多还原
