基于ANSYS的压电圆片振子振动模式分析
Analysis of Vibration Modes of Round Piezoelectric Ceramics Vibrator Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 在ANSYS的软件平台上,对压电圆陶瓷片振子进行建模仿真实验;利用有限元分析方法,得到压电圆陶瓷片的多种振动模式。其中,纵向振动模式和径向振动模式的振动基频与理论值和测试值都非常接近。相对传统振动模式分析方法,此方法更为简单、直观。
【Abstract】 Based on ANSYS software platform,the round piezoelectric ceramics disks mode is built and simu-lated.Many kinds of vibration modes are presented by the finite element method.The fundamental frequencys of longitudinal vibration and radial vibration are very near to the theory and test values.Compared to the traditional modal analysis methods of vibration mode,the proposed method is more simple and direct.
