【摘要】 介绍了动态风险管理的形成及相应的管理内容和框架。结合上海轨道交通4号线修复工程中的超深基坑工程,通过将风险管理与项目管理相结合,制订了动态风险管理的措施,并将其应用于工程实践之中。修复工程的顺利竣工,证明了动态风险管理确实能够起到有效地控制工程风险的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article presents the formation,contents and framework of dynamic risk management.Combined with the extra-deep excavation pit for the repairing engineering of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 4,through combination of risk management and project management,measures of dynamic risk management were regulated and applied in the engineering practice.The successful completion of the project proves the effective of dynamic risk management in risk control.更多还原
