数字人体肠道的三维可视化研究

【摘要】 目的建立中国数字人肠道的三维可视化数字模型。方法利用中国首例女性数字化可视人数据集(CVH-2),分割出肠道的轮廓数据,并进行表面三维重建。结果分割并三维重建出了十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠、阑尾、结肠、直肠等肠道结构。模型能够实现缩放、旋转、任意角度切割,以及十二指肠、空肠和回肠、大肠等不同段单独或者整体显示,能够方便地观察人体肠道的走向和形态。结论数字人肠道消化道的可视化模型为教学和临床研究提供了数字化的工具,为虚拟内镜以及CT/MRI影像的消化道研究提供了形态学依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To build digitized intestinal visible model of the Chinese visible human. Methods We used the dataset of the first Chinese visible woman (CVH-2) to segment the alimentary canal images and reconstructed them to the three dimensional model by surface rendering. Results Segmentation and reconstruction of the intestinal canal were realized, including duodenum, jejunum, ileum, appendix, colon, rectum and anus. The model can be zoomed in or out, rotated and cut at any angle, to display the duodenum, jejunum and ileum, large intestine individually or as a whole. It thereby would facilitate the observation of the configuration and modality of the intestinal canal. Conclusion The virtual intestinal visible model provides the digital resource for teaching and clinic diagnosis, and lays the morphological foundation for the study of virtual endoscope and CT/MRI images of alimentary canal.
