潜油电泵机组振动状态评估系统

【摘要】 潜油电泵机组属于具有超细长转轴的复杂旋转机械,生产及安装工艺复杂,需要通过振动分析评估机组的出厂质量状态.提出振动测试方案,开发机组状态评估软件系统.该系统采用Matlab及VB混合编程技术,结合振动烈度、时域分析、频域分析和时频分析技术,对机组出厂状态特征进行提取及状态评估.在实验井中进行不同工况下的振动测试和状态评估,取得良好应用效果,表明该系统的有效性.

【Abstract】 Electric submersible pump unit is a complicated rotation machine which has gracile rotation shaft,and its manufacture and installation techniques are complicated.To ensure quality of electric submersible pump unit,vibration analysis is applied to assess its state.So a reasonable vibration testing case is proposed and a software system of state assessment for the electric submersible pump unit is developed by the abundant function tool box of MATLAB and VB language.The software system of state assessment integrates vibration severity,time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis and time-frequency analysis techniques,which meets the need of state characteristic extraction and state assessment of electric submersible pump unit.In testing wells,vibration detection and state assessment of different working conditions for electric submersible pump unit is researched,and better application effect could be obtained,which shows the software system is effective.
