水泥降失水防窜剂DWA-Ⅰ的研制及性能
Development of low-fluid-loss and anti-chanelling oil well cement additive DWA-Ⅰand its performance
【摘要】 由聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚乙烯醇多元水解、磺化、氧化,加入柠檬酸盐等制成DWA-Ⅰ,研究了DWA-Ⅰ对水泥颗粒的吸附、水化、Zeta电位的影响和DWA-Ⅰ水泥浆的低失水、早强、微膨胀、直角稠化的性能.结果表明:DWA-Ⅰ黏均相对分子质量为21367;DWA-Ⅰ质量分数为4%(35℃)时,水泥颗粒的Zeta电位为-61.78mV;吸附量为204.58mg.g-1;DWA-Ⅰ加速了水泥熟料矿物的溶解.水化过程中离子的质量浓度稳定,使水泥颗粒水化充分、完善,并快速进入水化休止期,实现了"直角"稠化,提高了水泥石致密度和早期强度.该防窜剂能有效控制地层油、气、水窜,满足调整井固井施工和提高固井质量要求.
【Abstract】 The development and performance of the low-fluid-loss and anti-channeling oil well cement additive DWA-Ⅰ is introduced.DWA-Ⅰ is synthesized by means of polyacrylamide,polyacrylonitrile and poval muti-hydrolysising,sulfonating,oxidating,then adding citrate.DWA-Ⅰ’s effect on cement particle’s absorbability,hydrability,Zeta current potential and DWA-Ⅰ cement slurry’s low-fluid-loss,early-strengthening,micro-expansion,right angle viscosity ability are studied.Research results show that DWA-Ⅰ’s viscosity average molecular weight is 21 367.When DWA-Ⅰ accounts for 4%,cement particle’s Zeta current potential is-61.78 mV;absorbance is 204.58 mg·g-1;DWA-Ⅰ accelerates the dissolution of cement clinker minerals.Concentration stability of ion weight in hydratation allows cement particles to hydrate fully and step into repose period quickly,achieves "right angle" viscosity,and improves consistency and early strength of cement.This additive can effectively control the cross flowing of oil,gas and water in the formation,and satisfy the demands of cementing operation and enhancing well cementing quality in adjustment wells.
