EMD和关联维数在往复压缩机故障诊断中的应用
Application to fault diagnosis of reciprocating compressor based on emprical mode decomposition and correlation dimension
【摘要】 为准确提取往复压缩机的故障诊断信号,采用EMD和关联维数相结合的方法对往复压缩机进行故障诊断.首先利用EMD方法分解压缩机气阀振动信号,得到若干个固有模态函数分量,然后计算固有模态函数分量的关联维数.应用结果表明:在不同的工作状态下,各固有模态函数分量的关联维数是不同的,可以利用关联维数有效地判断往复压缩机气阀的常见故障,包括阀片缺口、阀片断裂和弹簧损坏等.
【Abstract】 A method of fault diagnosis based on EMD and correlation dimension is proposed to extract fault signals for reciprocating compressor exactly.At first,the vibration signals of gas valve for reciprocating compressor are decomposed into several intrinsic mode functions by EMD,and then correlation dimension for every IMF is extracted.Application results show the correlation dimension of different IMF is also different at different working conditions.So correlation dimension can be effectively applied into fault diagnosis of gas valve for reciprocating compressor.
