无速度传感器变结构直接转矩控制系统的研究

【摘要】 从通用变频器产品开发的角度出发,提出了一种基于变结构控制理论的无速度传感器直接转矩控制系统方案。磁链与转矩的控制策略算法简单、不需要转速信息、鲁棒性强;输出电压采用空间矢量脉宽调制方式,有效地抑制被控制变量的脉动;基于模型参考自适应方法实现无速度传感器的转速检测;通过死区时间补偿环节进一步提高低速运行特性。开发完成变频器样机,获得了较为理想的实验结果,验证了系统设计方案的可行性。

【Abstract】 A feasible solution of sensorless direct torque control system based on the variable structure control theory was presented as viewed from the development of commercial available converters.The flux linkage and torque control strategies are simple and robust,and the corresponding rotor speed information is not required for the controllers.Space vector pulse width modulation is applied to the output voltage in order to reduce the ripples of the controlled variables.The rotational speed estimation is implemented through a model reference adaptive system(MRAS) method.The operating characteristics in the low speed are improved further by the dead-time compensation.A prototype of converter was developed,and the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the proposed control strategy.
