IGCT变频器在矿井提升机调速系统中的应用
Application of IGCT Converter in Mine Hoister Adjustable-speed System
【摘要】 着重介绍了IGCT大功率三电平变频器在煤矿主井提升调速系统中的应用,分析了提升机电控系统中运用IGCT三电平逆变器的工作原理。IGCT变频器可以做到大功率、高电压,使提升机电控系统可靠性更高,输入、输出的功率因数为1,减少了电网的谐波污染,使提升效率明显高于同类型设备,能耗大幅度下降。
【Abstract】 The application of the high-power three-level converter in the mine master hoister was mainly in- troduced,and the principle of IGCT innverter was analyzed.The three-level converter of hoisting system can achieve high power and high voltage by using IGCT module,realize output and input power factor to 1,reduce harmonious on the grid.As a result,the IGCT converter has higher efficiency and lower energy-loss than same type equipments.
