LF炉电极调节复合智能控制器设计
Design of Ladle Furnace Electrode-lift Regulating System Based on Intelligent Compound Control
【摘要】 针对LF钢包精炼炉电极控制系统具有非线性、模型难以确定、多输入多输出强耦合的特点,提出了基于复合智能控制策略的集成系统控制方案,根据采样电流的不同,分别采用Bang-Bang最优控制、模糊控制和PID控制组成智能复合控制系统。并进行了控制器设计。应用结果证实了此控制方案的有效性。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of the ladle furnace electrode-lift regulating system such as the high nonlinearity,time-variant,uncertainty and multivariable input and output coupling,a control scheme based on compound intelligent control strategies was presented.Used method after current value,the compound intelligent control system is composed of the BangBang controller,fuzzy controller and PID controller.The validity of the control is verified by the experiment.
