基于最大转矩电流比动态磁链给定的直接转矩控制
Direct Torque Control Based on Dynamic Flux Linkage Set of Maximum Torque Per Ampere (MTPA)
【摘要】 分析得出了凸极永磁同步电机直接转矩控制中定子磁链给定必须限制在一定范围。用极值原理推导出在输出转矩一定时所需要的最小d,q轴电流应满足的关系式,同时给出了一种简洁的工程近似求解方法。最后,以变化的磁链给定代替恒定磁链给定以实现最大转矩电流比,有效克服了常规直接转矩控制在磁链给定太小时启动困难的缺点,而且大大提高了系统运行效率,仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 The stator flux linkage of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor should be kept in restricted range in direct torque control system.The relation formulas of d,q axis currents and torque were derived via extremum principle and a simplified approximate algorithm was also given in order to satisfy the engineering application.At last,a varying stator flux linkage instead of a fixed value was used to get maximum torque per ampere in DTC.The flaw of start up difficulty of conventional DTC is conquered when the flux linkage is little and efficiency of system are improved distinctly which are tested by the simulation.
