Sol-gel法制备纳米TiO2粉体材料及其脱除汞污染物的研究
Preparation of TiO2 Nanoparticles by Sol-gel Method and Its Application in Mercury Pollutant Removal
【摘要】 通过酸催化Sol-gel法制备了TiO2粉体材料,并在固定床反应器和废水溶液中分别研究了这种材料对汞污染物的脱除效果.结果表明:在100~150℃温度范围内,材料对零价汞蒸气的脱除率随温度的升高而升高;废水溶液中,在紫外光照射条件下,材料对Hg2+污染物的脱除效果较为显著,Elovich等式能较好的描述废水中Hg2+污染物的脱除过程.
【Abstract】 TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by acid catalyzed Sol-gel method,and its removal characteristics of Hg pollutant was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor and waste water solution.Results show that removal efficiency of Hg0 increases with increasing temperature between 100 and 150℃.Under the condition of ultraviolet ray treatment,a higher removal efficiency of Hg2+ in waste water solution is obtained by using TiO2 nanoparticles,and Elovich equation can well describe the removal process of Hg2+ in waste water solution.
