选择性催化还原烟气脱硝反应器的变工况运行分析
Operation Analysis of Flue Gas Denitrification Reactors with Selective Catalytic Reduction Under Variable Working Conditions
【摘要】 建立了选择性催化还原烟气脱硝过程数学模型,对烟气脱硝反应器的变工况参数进行了计算分析,并研究了反应器入口烟气流量、温度和NOx浓度等参数变化对脱硝效率和氨逃逸量等参数的影响,为选择性催化还原烟气脱硝反应器的设计和运行提出了建议.
【Abstract】 A mathematical model of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitrification processes has been established,with which operation parameters of SCR denitrification reactors can be calculated and analyzed under variable working conditions.The influence of variations of parameters,at reactor inlet,concerning flue gas flow,temperature and NOx concentration,on denitrification efficiency and ammonia slip etc.were investigated.Suggestions for design and operation of SCR denitrification reactors are presented in detail.
