基于ANSYS的叉车门架结构计算机辅助分析
The Finite Element Analysis for the Structure of Portal Frame of Fork Lifter Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 本文运用大型通用计算机辅助有限元分析软件ANSYS,对叉车门架整体结构及关键零部件进行了力学分析,计算其结构的强度和刚度,以简化其分析过程,提高分析精度,并为叉车门架系统的结构优化设计提供有力的依据。
【Abstract】 This paper uses large universal finite element analysis software ANSYS to do analysis on the overall structure and main parts of Portal Frame of Fork Lifter and to compute the strength and stiffness of structure. The process of analysis is simplified and the precision of analysis is improved. The powerful foundation is supplied in order to optimize the design of construction of Portal Frame of Fork Lifter.
