【Abstract】 Reflective teacher education is the main stream of international teacher education. In the integration course of teachers’ education, the infiltrating or moving forward from the development of reflective teachers to the education pro-occupational teachers is the general trend. This paper discusses the baffling factors of reflective initial or pre-service teacher education in China from three perspectives. For example, the first initial or pre-service teacher lack ready education of reflective thinking; The second they have the limited teachers’ education knowledge; The third initial or pre-service teacher don’t like to reflect or don’t know how to reflect.
