【Abstract】 In this article, from perspective of Political Economics, the author regards peace between China and Vietnam as a public affair, and analyzes the formation process of this public affair from bilateral trade, bilateral investment, military security, and other cooperative arrangements between China and Vietnam. Because of the staggering complexity of the interests between the two countries, neither parties’ violation to peace could get more profits than in peace development, so the two parties’ will to maintain the peace is stable, and the mechanism jointly constructed by the two parties effectively safeguards peace development and can overcome some bottlenecks in the peace process.更多还原
