计及警报信息时序特性的电网故障诊断解析模型

【摘要】 现有的故障诊断解析模型没有利用警报信息的时序特性,对于复杂的多重故障,诊断结果可能有2个甚至多个解,不够明确。文中通过提出动态关联路径的概念,构造了能够充分利用警报信息时序特性的电力系统故障诊断的一种新解析模型,能够合理地描述现代电力系统多种保护配置下保护和断路器的动作时序关系,对于复杂故障可以得到更为明确的诊断结果。最后用实际电力系统所发生过的故障对所提出的方法进行了说明。

【Abstract】 The temporal information of alarm messages is not well employed in currently used analytic models for power system fault diagnosis and, as a result, the diagnosis results may not be unique and hence indefinite especially for complicated and multiple faults. In order to solve this problem, a new analytic model for power system fault diagnosis is developed that makes full use of the temporal information of alarm messages and employs the concept of the dynamic related path. The temporal relationship of the actions of protection relays and circuit breakers in modern power systems with multiple kinds of protection configurations can be rationally represented by the model developed, and definite diagnosis results obtained for complicated and multiple faults. Fault events that occurred in an actual power system are used for demonstrating the model proposed.
