【摘要】 通过把圆孔光阑函数展开为复高斯函数的方法,推导出了空心高斯光束(HGBs)通过圆孔光阑的传输近似解析公式,并对空心高斯光束通过圆孔形硬边光阑的传输特性进行了研究,分析了不同半径下的光阑对输出光束的影响。分析结果表明,衍射特性与空心高斯光束的阶数、光阑半径等因素有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the paper,the propagation approximation analytic expression and the propagation properties of hollow Gaussian beams(HGBs) through the circular aperture are studied by using the method of compound Gaussian function.The effect of the output beam caused by different radius of the circular aperture are also analyzed.The result is that the diffractive properties are relative to the order of the HGBs,the radius of the circular aperture.更多还原
