【摘要】 目的:探讨电视腹腔镜在妇科疾病的应用。方法:回顾妇科腹腔镜手术76例临床资料,分析手术适应症的选择及并发症的预防。结果:76例均在腹腔镜下成功完成,手术平均时间(42.25±18.23)min,术中平均出血(50±30.5)ml;术后5～7h即可下床活动,平均住院时间(5.5±1)d,无并发症。结论:腹腔镜手术具有创伤小,恢复快,术后病率低等优点,在妇科疾病治疗上有广泛的适应症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss clinical application of laparoscopic surgery on gynecologic diseases.Methods: The clinical data from 76 gynecological patients who had gynecological operation were analyzed retrospectively,and operation indications and complication prevention were analyzed.Results: The 76 cases of operations were performed successfully.The average operation time was 42.25±18.23min.The average blood loss was 50±30.5ml,the time of staying in bed after operation was 5-7 hours,and average hospital staying was 5.5±1days.No operative complications were found.Conclusion: There were advantages of limited trauma,rapid recovery and low rate of diseases after operation in laparoscopic surgery,which could be applied extensively on gynecological diseases therapy.更多还原
