【Abstract】 In view of the problems about the referential consultation service in higher institution,the paper states that reform concerning the referential consultation service must be carried out and the change of idea and the determination of the department the service should belong to are the key to the reform.It is proposed that the building of the service system should regard consultation librarians as the center and information provision as the goal.更多还原
