变工况滚动轴承故障诊断方法研究

【摘要】 旋转机械设备在升降速、电源电压波动、载荷变化等情况下其转速将是非恒速的,将导致旋转设备中的滚动轴承在变速条件下运行,现有滚动轴承故障诊断方法中的共振解调方法在变工况条件下谱图将变得模糊,影响诊断的准确性,甚至无法获取故障特征频率。提出了对共振解调获得的包络信号采用阶比分析的方法,在无需鉴相硬件设备的前提下,提取滚动轴承的故障特征频率,实验结果证明包络信号的阶比谱可以很好地反映鼓掌特征;对精确诊断滚动轴承的故障有实际意义。

【Abstract】 The speed of rotating machine is varying under increasing or decreasing speed,non-stationary power supply and changing load,which results in the rolling bearings rotate at a varying speed.When working conditions are varying,spectra would become blurring and affect the accuracy of the diagnosis even the fault characteristic frequency can not be obtained.This paper describes an order analyzing method.For realizing order tracking without the employment of hardwares,the instantaneous frequency estimation method is obtained.Experimendal results verified the new technique is able to reflect the characteristics and is practical in the fault diagnosis of accurate rolling bearings.
