大型汽轮发电机基础结构抗震性能试验研究
Experimental Study on Large Turbine Generator Foundation Anti-seismic Performance
【摘要】 在大型火电厂中,汽轮发电机基础抗震性能的优劣对保证震时汽轮发电机等设备的安全起着至关重要的作用。目前,汽轮发电机基础的抗震设计主要参考建筑抗震设计进行,对其结构的复杂性、特殊性考虑不足。文章结合某实际工程,利用1∶10缩尺模型进行了多遇地震作用下的模拟地震振动台试验和拟静力推覆破坏试验。振动台试验研究了结构在地震作用下的加速度、应力等动力反应;拟静力试验研究了结构的开裂、屈服、破坏模式以及耗能能力。试验结果表明,该结构具有良好的抗震性能,并为今后类似结构的抗震设计提供了具有参考价值的试验数据。
【Abstract】 In large thermal power plants, the anti-seismic performance of turbine generator foundation plays an important role in ensuring the safety of turbine and other equipment during earthquake. Currently, turbine foundation anti-seismic design is mainly referenced to building anti-seismic design standards, which lacks consideration of structure complexities.Combined with one particular project, simulated quake tests and quasi-static overturning damage tests are carried out using 1:10 subscale model. Vibration table tests study structural dynamic responses, such as acceleration and stress, etc., under earthquake; quasi-static tests study structural cracking, buckling, damage modes, and energy dissipation capability. Results show that the structure has good quake-resistance, which provide valuable test data for similar structural anti-seismic designs in the future.
