【Abstract】 With improvement of people’s living standards,the proportion of weather sensitive loads for cooling and heating purposes is growing larger and larger and weather is presenting ever greater influence on the loads of the power grid.This paper introduces weather factors such as the Sensorial Temperature,Index of Comfort,Index of Chill and Durative Weather Factor into the research process for forecasting loads,so that more useful factors and "key groups of weather factors" can be taken into consideration in the study of connection between weather factors and weather sensitive loads and that analysis can be done on section basis,thus reaching results closer to the actualities in research of influence of weather change on the power loads.更多还原
