【Abstract】 The paper mainly discussed the rules of resale price maintenance of books based on the histories and traits in different countries all over the world,and summarized the intrinsic reasons about resale price maintenance of books in theories.Taking Xinhua Bookstore in Zhejiang province as an example who took "marketable books at low price project",it provided two possible ways which can construct resale price maintenance of books in China.Finally,it pointed out that clear and flexible resale price maintenance of books is the right choice to solve the problems faced by books market in China.更多还原
