【摘要】 借鉴Jaffe修正的知识函数,对科研机构、大学、企业科技投入对辽宁创新产出的作用和影响机制进行回归分析,结果表明大学科技投入能显著促进区域创新。通过与北京地区的相应分析对比得出,辽宁省产学研三部分对区域创新的贡献系数差别大,并结合研究结果提出对辽宁省区域创新的方向性建议,以促进产学研有机结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analyzed the impact of institute,university and industry technology input upon regional technological innovation of Liaoning province through regression analysis with Jaffe’s revised knowledge production function.The results show that the university technology input remarkably accelerates the regional technological innovation.Compared with Beijing,significant difference exists among industry,university and institute input contributed to regional technological innovation of Liaoning province.Combining with study results,it put forward oriented suggestion to regional technological innovation of Liaoning province to promote industry-university-institute unification effectively.更多还原
