绞缆机单齿离合器的设计
Design of single tooth clutch for mooring equipment
【摘要】 为进一步改进绞缆机离合器的结构,对其进行优化设计,实现绞缆机离合器的CAE标准化生产,通过计算,设计出更为合理的离合器,利用PRO/E软件绘出立体图,采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对离合器的应力分布进行计算和分析,得出该构件的应力分布图,从而为绞缆机离合器的强度分析研究提供比较实用的有限元分析方法.
【Abstract】 In order to improve the design of single tooth clutch for mooring equipment,and realize the standardized CAE production of the clutch for mooring equipment,makes calculations,tries to design a better effect clutch,and makes a 3-D drawing by taking advantage of PRO/E software and analyzing the stress of the clutch with a large scale finite element analysis software ANSYS,and then a stress analysis drawing is achieved.To be able to analyzing the stress of the cluth provides a useful comparison of the finite element analysis.
