稀预混气体低速过滤燃烧的实验研究

【摘要】 为研究稀预混气体在填充床内的燃烧特性以及燃烧波的传播规律,对小球填充床内温度进行系统测量,研究流速和丙烷/空气的当量比对燃烧波的传播速度和燃烧区域最高温度的影响.结果表明,随着当量比的增大,燃烧波的传播速度减小,燃烧区域最高温度增大;气体入口流速增大导致燃烧波传播速度和燃烧区域最高温度增大.对于丙烷/空气的预混气体,贫可燃极限可以扩展到其当量比为0.15.

【Abstract】 An experimental study was conducted of combustion characteristics and wave propagating of premixed gases in porous media.Based on the systemically measured temperature distributions in packing bed,the influence of gas flow velocity and equivalence ratio of propane/air mixtures on the combustion wave speed and the maximum combustion temperature were clarified.Experimental results show that the combustion wave speed is getting lower while the maximum combustion temperature getting larger with increasing equivalence ratio,and increasing gas inlet velocities can lead to an increase of wave speed and the maximum combustion temperature.The lean flammability limit of propane/air mixtures is extended to an equivalence ratio of 0.15.
