双级矩阵变换器的过调制策略研究及实现
Over Modulation Strategy Research and Realization of Two-stage Matrix Converter
【摘要】 在分析双级矩阵变换器(MC)控制原理的基础上,提出了一种过调制控制策略,该策略分为两步:首先通过控制双级MC中的整流器,使其整流侧得到尽可能大的直流整流电压;然后,对双级MC逆变器进行过调制,以增大逆变器输出电压,提高电压传输比。在过调制控制原理的基础上,基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)建立了一套双级MC实验装置。实验结果证明,双级MC过调制策略能有效提高电压传输比,从而验证了该过调制策略的正确性。
【Abstract】 This paper puts forward an over modulation strategy on the analysis of two-stage matrix converter control theory. The strategy is divided into two steps.Firstly,the strategy gets the maximum DC voltage through the control of the rectifier, secondly,the converter is over modulated,which effectively improve the voltage transfer ratio.A set of experiment device of two-stage matrix converter is built with digital-signal processor (DSP) and complex programmable logic device (CPLD) on the basis of over modulation control theory.Experiment result testify that the over modulation strategy can effectively enlage voltage transfer ratio,which verify the validity of the strategy.
