永磁同步电机EPS的阻尼控制
Damping Control of EPS System with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
【摘要】 汽车电动助力转向系统(Electric Power Steering System,简称EPS)采用阻尼控制可以防止直线行驶时因外界干扰引起的转向盘抖动,同时还能避免高速行驶转向回正过程中转向盘回正超调。实现阻尼控制的传统方法是采用固定占空比将电机绕组短路形成阻尼力矩。但该方法会使id,iq电流出现波动,从而引起转矩波动,使转向盘手感变差。根据逆变器施加于电机上的电压矢量,分析了传统阻尼控制方法应用于永磁同步电机EPS时电流和转矩出现波动的原因,在此基础上提出了在旋转坐标系下引入一个虚拟制动电阻实施阻尼控制的方法。理论分析和实验结果表明,采用所提出的方法,id,iq将不再出现波动,转向盘手感得到改善。
【Abstract】 Damping control of Electric Power Steering (EPS) system can prevent steering wheel from quivering for envi-ronmental disturbance and overshooting in the return to neutral position.Conventional damping control is based on shorten-ing the motor winding with given duty,which will give rise to current ripple in id and iq,and in turn the ripple of motor torque.This paper interprets the causes of current and torque ripple with the analysis on voltage vector of the motor.Fur-thermore,this paper proposes a damping control strategy based on virtual braking resistor in d,q frame.Experimental re-sults showed that the currents id and iq didn’t ripple,which would improve the steering feeling.
