无桥部分有源PFC的理论分析与实验研究
Theoretic Analysis and Experimental Study of Bridgeless Partial PFC
【摘要】 单相部分有源功率因数校正(Power Factor Correction,简称PFC)技术结合了有源PFC技术和无源PFC技术,优点是效率高和成本低,在变频家用电器等行业得到了广泛的应用。但它属于Buck型AC/DC变换器,使得变频电动机传动系统的恒转矩范围变窄,最大输出功率受到限制。鉴于此,在综合分析现有几种控制方法的基础上,基于无桥PFC拓扑,提出了一种改变有源PFC作用时间的新方法,通过MCU软件编程给予实现。该方法可以大大提高直流输出电压,增加电机的恒转矩范围,同时具有部分有源PFC的一般优点,且EMI也得到了抑制。理论分析了其变换原理,发现无桥PFC具有一般串联补偿提高功率因数的特点。上述分析得到了实验结果的验证。
【Abstract】 Combining active power factor correction (APFC) and passive power factor correction(PPFC) technology,single-phase partial APFC possesses advantages of high efficiency and low cost,so it is widely used in the variable frequency home appliances industry.As a member of the Buck AC-DC converter,partial APFC has some problems such as reduced torque range and limited motor output power.Analyzing the existing partial APFC control methods,the paper proposes a new method of changing the effective time of APFC on the basis of bridgeless (BLPFC) topology,which is realized by MCU calculating.The new method will greatly boost the output DC voltage,increase the torque range,possesses the common merit of partial active PFC and improve the electro-magnetic interference (EMI) problem.Through analyzing its transform theory,it is found that bridgeless PFC has the character of serial compensation which can improve the power fact.The analysis are proved by the experiment.
