EAST大功率快控电源设计
Design of EAST Large Power Fast Control Power Supply
【摘要】 针对超导托卡马克核聚变实验装置(EAST)中等离子体位移快控电源高压和大电流快速响应的要求,采用半桥三电平结合移相PWM多重化技术,实现多组变流器并联运行,提高了变流器的等效开关频率控制,从而改善了电流波形品质。分析了半桥三电平逆变电路工作原理,并针对移相PWM多重化技术,采用Matlab进行了仿真。实验结果说明,该系统设计方案合理,具备良好的大电流输出和快速响应能力。
【Abstract】 The multiple structure of carrier phase-shift half bridge three-level inverter is presented to meet the need of high voltage,large current and fast control for the plasma displacement fast control power supply in the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST),which realizes multi-converters paralleled,enhances the equal switch-frequency of the converters and improves the current control performance.The principle of the new inverter is analyzed,the simulations based on Matlab is carried for the technology of carrier phase-shift to verify the design idea.The experimental result confirms the validity of proposed scheme,the system can supply large current and has ability of fast response.
