【摘要】 目的:探讨潍坊市无偿献血者血液检测不合格原因。方法:将潍坊市2003～2007年227503人次无偿献血者,按HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒、ALT检测项目进行分析。结果:2003～2007年潍坊市无偿献血血液的不合格率为4.35%,呈显著下降趋势。ALT、HBsAg、抗-HCV、梅毒阳性率均呈显著下降趋势。结论:发展街头献血和建立固定献血者队伍,开展献血前初筛检验,是保证血液质量的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the reason of unqualified in the Blood Donors’blood test of Wei fang City.Methods:We analyled blood test results including HBs Antigent test,HCV Antibody test,HIV Antibody test.TP Antibody test and ALT test.These results were from 227503 blood donors who donated blood from 2003 to 2007.Results:The percent defective of blood donors in Wei Fang was 4.35%,reducing respectively,there was similar tendency for positive rate in tests of ALT,HBs Antiget,HCV Antibody,TP Antibody.Conclusions:Develop streets blood donation and carry out primary test before blood donation and build fixed teams of blood donors,that were very important measures in ensure the quality of blood.更多还原
