【摘要】 目的:探讨和总结电视胸腔镜手术的麻醉处理方法。方法:全组病例均入室后开放颈内静脉,行桡动脉穿刺。诱导后插入Robertsha双腔支气管导管,手术开始后行单肺通气,监测ECG、有创BP、HR、CVP、Sp O2%、PetCO2。结果:有3例患者出现明显的氧饱和度下降,经分析调整后氧饱和度恢复正常。所有患者均顺利完成手术,拔除气管导管。随访无并发症发生。结论:术前正确的评估,成功的麻醉和术中管理,良好的单肺通气是电视胸腔镜手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study and summarize the Narcotic management ways of video-assisted thoraco-scopicsurgeries（VATS）Method: All the patients to be opened jugular vein and artery puncture,inserted Robertsha Dual Cavity Bronchus Vessel and one-lung ventilated when do the surgery,sureillant ECG,invasive BP,HR,CVP,Sp O₂%,PetC O₂.Results:Three ones are in Oxygen desaturation,and recover after adjustment.All the patients did successful surgery,removing trachea and without any complications.Conclusions:The accurate assessment before surgery,the successful narcosis,management in the course of surgery and good one-lung ventilation are the key points in VATS.更多还原
