【摘要】 目的:观察重组人促红细胞生成素(rhEPO)治疗慢性肾功能不全合并贫血时,对其心功能的影响。方法:选取我院肾脏内科64例慢性肾功能不全合并贫血且非透析患者,随机分为两组,其中47例采用 rhEPO 治疗,17例对照组不用 rhEPO 治疗,且两组在治疗过程中均积极控制血压在正常或接近正常的水平,6月后观察并比较两组患者血红蛋白(Hb)及心脏彩超等情况。结果:rhEPO 治疗组心脏功能较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),而对照组上述指标无明显变化。结论:rhEPO 治疗 CRF患者,贫血纠正的同时能显著改善心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) on the cardiac tunction of the patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and anemia,Methods:Sixty-four patients who randomly divided into two groups,Treatment group and control group,In treatment group,the 47 patients were given EPO.In control group the 17 patients didn’t receive rhEPO therapy,The blood pressure of all patients in the two group were at the normal or near normal level during the treatment.The two groups’Hb,and color ultrasonic test were completed in six months after treatment,Results:The cardiac function of patients in treatment group was obvious improved after six months of treatment,(P<0.05).but the cardiac funttion of patients in control group didn’ t change.Conclusion:Treatment of anemia of chronic renal failure with rhEPO could marked improve the cardiac function.更多还原
