【摘要】 目的:探讨结肠损伤外科处理的方法与吻合口瘘发生的原因及预防措施。方法:27例均行急诊手术,对10例结肠损伤裂孔者,自裂孔处吸出肠内容物,彻底清拭创口,用0.25%络合碘消毒,放入甲硝唑2.0于肠腔内,双重缝合,关闭腹腔。结果:27例患者中25例恢复良好,无吻合口瘘的发生,2例死亡。结论:结肠损伤在没有肠道准备的情况下,术中行肠内容物清除,彻底清理腹腔、肠内留置抗生素、行Ⅰ期修补,切除吻合多数是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the surgical method of colon injury,causea and preventive measures of surgical treatment on anastomotic fistula.Methods:27 patients underwent emergency surgery.For the 10 cases of colon injury,to exsuct the intestinal contents from the hole.To clean the wound thoroughly with 0.25 percent iodine disinfection complex,put metronidazole 2.0 in the lumen,to conduct double suture for the closure of abdominal.Results:25 patients out of 27 recovered well.No anastomotic leakage occurred.Two cases died.Conclusion:In the case of colon injury in the absence of bowel preparation,it is mainly feasibile to remove the intestinal contents,to clean thoroughly abdominal cavity and intestinal retention antibiotics,to conduct stage Ⅰ repair and to cut the anastomosis.更多还原
