【摘要】 目的:探讨宫血宁对无痛人工流产的效果。方法:在笑气人工流产术中,米索前列醇分别以舌下和阴道方式给药,配伍(实验组)或不配伍(对照组)宫血宁联合笑气用于无痛人工流产,观察宫颈扩张情况、宫缩幅度、术中出血量及术后出血时间。结果:试验组和对照组富颈扩张差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)其它指标实验组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:宫血宁可明显提高米索前列醇舌下和阴道用药联合笑气人工流产术效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study effect of Gongxuening capsule on Painless artificial abortion.Methods:The misoprostol was administrated sublingually or vaginally and combined with Gongxuening capsule (the experimental group) or not (the control group) in the painless artificial abortion of inhaling nitrous oxide.The cervical extensor,range of uterine contraction,bleeding volume during operation and bleeding time after operation were observed.Results:There was no statistical difference in the cervical extension of two groups(P>0.05),but the other items were all better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of painless artificial abortion was significantly improved by Gongxuening capsule combined with misoprotol (sublingual or vaginal administration) and with inhaling nitrous oxide.更多还原
