【摘要】 目的:研究脑卒中后抑郁患者其抑郁程度与脑器质性病变部位之间的关系。方法:采用Hamilton抑郁量表24项版本和中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表对267例脑卒中患者进行评定,对发生抑郁症depression的患者再进行脑内器质性病变部位的相关分析。结果:入组患者中有112例发生脑卒中后抑部(PSD),总发病率为41.95%,所有PSD患者中病变在额叶的有11例,颞叶23例,顶叶17例,枕叶15例,基底节16例,小脑23例,脑干7例,其中轻度抑郁53例,中度抑郁40例,重度抑郁19例,神经功能缺损评分轻型患者其PSD发病率为21.84%。中型发病率为49.26%,重型为59.09%。结论:脑卒中后抑郁患者其颞叶和小脑部位病变多发生轻度抑郁,顶叶和枕叶病变多发生中度抑郁,额叶脑干以及基底节部位病变多发生中重度抑郁,神经功能缺损程度评分越高,其患抑郁症的程度也就越高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the correlation between the depression degree d post-stroke patients and the region of organic brain lesions.Methods:Hamilton depression scale and Chinese stroke clinical neurological impairment of scale score were used to as- sess 267 patients with stroke.To analyze the correlation between the depression patients and the region of organic brain lesions.Re- sults:In all the patients,there are 112 cases with post-stroke depression (PSD),the incidence rate is 41.95% ;Among all the PSD patients,there are 11 cases of frontal lobe lesions,23 patients of temporal lobe lesions,17 cases of parietal lobe lesions,15 cases of occipital lobe lesions,16 cases of basal ganglia lesions,23 cases d cerebellum lesions and 7 cases of brain stem lesions;there are 53 cases of mild depression,40 patients of moderate depression and 19 cases of severe depression ;Using the neurological impairment score to access the post-stroke depression,the incidence rate of light is 21.84%,the incidence of medium-degree is 49.26%, 59.09% for the severe.Conclusion:Patients of post-stroke depression whose stroke occurs in parts of the temporal lobe and cerebel- lum lesions often obtain mild depression,whose stroke occurs in parts of in parietal and occipital lobe lesions often obtain moderate de- pression,whose stroke occurs in parts d frontal lobe brain stem and basal ganglia lesions obtain severe depression;the higher neurolog- ical impairment score is,the deeper the degree of depression occurs.更多还原
