【摘要】 以网络为特征的信息技术的迅速发展,带来了网络化、数字化的信息传播环境。网络正以前所未有的力量改变着中国知识传播的手段与传播知识的重要载体——期刊。学术期刊编辑应与时俱进,实现编辑意识的嬗变和突破。学术期刊编辑的现代意识是一个多层次、多因素的复杂系统。其中,创新意识是维系学术期刊学术灵魂的关键所在;信息意识与规范化意识是学术期刊争取最大生存空间的推进器;法律与知识产权保护意识是保证学术期刊健康发展的护身符。学术期刊要在全球化的压力下谋求生存和发展,编辑主体必须牢固树立现代意识,在发展民族期刊的同时主动地放眼世界,放眼未来,加强国际合作,增强期刊的国际竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of IT industry,the Internet helps to create a digital information communication environncent and changes the editorship of China’s research journals which serve as an important means and carrier for popularizing knowledge.Journal editors should kep pace with the times,renew their ideas,and heighten their modernist consciousness that is a multilevel and multifactor system.Innovative consciousness is the key factor in fostering the spirit of a journal,information consciousness and normalization consciousness function as a promoter for its maximum living space,and legal consciousness and intellectual property protective consciousness are the guarantee for its sound development.To ensure the survival and development of a journal under the pressure of economic globalization,its editors as a main body have to raise their modernist consciousness,and publish more volumes with national features.Meanwhile,they should have the whole world in view and look to the future,so as to promote their cooperation with the outside world and make their journal more competitive in international markets.更多还原
