能量变换器样机的研制

【摘要】 能量变换器是一种可直接并网的新型高压发电机。首先介绍了能量变换器的基本原理和研制背景,然后结合能量变换器的特点,给出了模拟试验样机研制过程中定子铁心结构与绕组形式、定子主要尺寸和额定值的确定方法、电磁设计与计算、加工制作方法、基本实验与结果等,最后总结了能量变换器试验样机研制过程的经验和体会。

【Abstract】 Powerformer is a new type of high voltage generator,which can be connected to the HV network directly.Firstly,the fundamental and development background of Powerformer is introduced in this paper.Then followed by the method of determining the structure of stator core,the winding form,the primary dimensions and rating of stator,electromagnetic design and calculation,processing method,basic experiments and results acquired in the model machine developing phase within considering the characteristic of Powerformer.Finally,some conclusions and experiences in the manufacture process of Powerformer experimental prototype are obtained.
